These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Jay Collins Facts website (the “Site”), operated by or on behalf of Jay Collins, Republican, for Governor (the “Committee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site provides political information, commentary, and advocacy concerning Jay Collins. Its content is offered for general informational purposes only.
