Jay Collins stands with Florida's law enforcement and the rule of law. In the Senate he was Vice Chair of the committee overseeing domestic security, and he led the chamber's constitutional (permitless) carry bill (SB 150) the year that policy became law. He also sponsored a 2025 law (SB 1430) that helps victims of terrorism collect court judgments and seize terrorists' assets.
